Data Deletion Instructions

JRW Management, LLC (d/b/a Something Nice Bakery) operates somethingnicebakery.com. This page explains how you can ask us to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you, including any information we received from Meta (Facebook or Instagram) or Google if you connected one of those accounts.

1. Request deletion by email (fastest)

Email hello@somethingnicebakery.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account, and include:

• your full name;
• the email address and/or mobile number used to order or sign in;
• if you signed in with Facebook, Instagram, or Google, the platform you used so we can match the linked account.

We verify requests through the email address on the account. We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. Delete from your account settings

If you have an account, sign in and open Account settings, where you can update your contact details and marketing preferences and request account deletion.

3. Disconnect a Facebook, Instagram, or Google login

You can revoke our access at any time from the platform itself — on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove "Something Nice Bakery." Revoking access stops future data sharing. To also delete the data we already stored, send the email request in Section 1; disconnecting alone does not delete our records.

4. What gets deleted

• your account and authentication records, including linked social sign-in identifiers;
• name, email address, phone number, and marketing/SMS preferences;
• reviews, survey responses, contact-form messages, and chatbot transcripts;
• any profile information we received from Meta or Google.

5. What we must keep

We retain a limited record of completed transactions (order totals, dates, and tax records) where required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection law, and we may retain information needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our Terms of Service. Payment records are held by Stripe under its own retention obligations; we never store full card numbers. Retained records are minimized and de-identified where feasible.
