Under Georgia's Cottage Food Law we bake in our home kitchen, label every product with the required ingredient and allergen information, and sell directly to you rather than through wholesale distribution.

Yes. Something Nice Bakery operates under Georgia's Cottage Food regulations. Every label carries the mandatory disclosure and our full ingredient list.

No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account lets you see order history and skip re-entering pickup details.

We open a preorder window a few days before each bake. Once the window closes we mix, bake, and prep — you can watch your batch progress live on the home page.

Please place a second order rather than editing an existing one. Both orders will be tied to the same batch and ready together at pickup.

You'll get an email (and optional text) the moment your order moves to Ready. Pickup instructions and any location details are in that message.

Pickup happens at our Milton, GA porch. The exact address and porch instructions are included in your ready-for-pickup email so we can keep our home private.

Windows are set per batch and shown at checkout. Most weekend batches offer a 2-hour Saturday morning window.

Not routinely. For catering orders over $500 we offer delivery for a fee — see the Catering section on our Contact page.

Yes — we love partnering with churches, schools, teams, and businesses for weekend pop-ups. We share 10% of net proceeds with the host organization or their preferred charity.

Unbleached flour, whole milk, butter, eggs, cane sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, yeast, and Vietnamese Saigon cinnamon. Full labels with weights are available on request.

No. Everything is baked to order for the batch you preorder — no shelf life extenders, no artificial flavors.

Our kitchen is not certified nut-free, but no product in our current lineup contains tree nuts or peanuts as an ingredient. Please review labels if you have severe allergies.

Not at this time. We're a small kitchen focused on nailing the core cinnamon lineup first.

Yes. Chef Jeremy has developed and refined each recipe personally, focused on layered cinnamon flavor and a soft, tender crumb.

Not publicly. Franchise partners get full access to the recipes as part of our training program.

Yes — as long as the batch hasn't started production. Once mixing begins the ingredients are committed and we can't offer refunds.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
