Cookie Policy
Effective November 20, 2026 · JRW Management, LLC (d/b/a Something Nice Bakery) · Governed by the State of Georgia, United States
This Cookie Policy explains how JRW Management, LLC (d/b/a Something Nice Bakery) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on somethingnicebakery.com and any related subdomains (the "Services"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and mobile SDKs. Cookies may be set by us ("first-party") or by third parties whose services we use ("third-party").
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary. Required for the Services to work — authentication, session management, cart contents, checkout security, and cookie-consent state. These cannot be disabled.
- Preferences. Remember choices such as your pickup location or notification preferences.
- Analytics. Help us measure traffic, page performance, and how customers use the Services. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Advertising. Allow us and our advertising partners (including Google Ads and, if enabled, Meta) to measure ad performance and to serve ads on and off the Services. These may involve sharing pseudonymous identifiers with third parties.
3. How to Manage Cookies
The first time you visit the Services we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time by clicking the button below. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
4. Do Not Track
Because there is no consistent industry or legal standard for Do Not Track signals, the Services do not currently respond to them. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of cookies used for cross-context behavioral advertising where required by law.
5. Third-Party Recipients
Cookies may transfer information to third parties that we do not control, including Google LLC (analytics, ads, tag manager) and our payment processor Stripe, Inc. (fraud prevention). Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
